Give an encore by choosing one of the exercises proposed towards the end of your planned workout!

Happens all the time: once you did manage to get yourself to start working out, it actually doesn’t feel as bad as imagined and you might even have more energy left than you thought. Let’s make something of that!

Encores

Towards the end of your planned workout, you’ll now be offered to squeeze in an additional exercise. If you have enough energy left, simply select one of the two suggestions. And if—after that—you still want to do more, you can just repeat the process until you’ve used up your energy.

This is fully optional, of course. Completing your original workout won’t be any less of an achievement if you don’t accept! If you’re not interested, simply let the timer run to zero and you’re good.

Note, that since your eventual workout length is no longer set in stone, you could consider lowering the barrier to get started by picking even shortest base-workouts. Can you really find an excuse for not doing a 5-minute workout?
